Neelix is a sweet dog, fantastic with humans, we don’t know anything about his history. He’s still pulling on the lead, but he is learning what people are asking him to do. He is not used to other dogs, so for now he should be an only dog. In time he may get used to and even love other dogs, but the best match for him right now would be someone who can give him their full attention.
