Scoopy was brought to the shelter when his owners moved house. They promised to come back for him but never did. He is a dominant male and found adjusting to shelter life very difficult and stressful, but now he has settled down and really enjoys his walks and shares his space with a female and a young male dog. He needs an experienced owner.
